  • Medications: Certain drugs can lead to this

  • Obesity: Excess body weight can lead to this
  • High fat diet: High fat and sugar diets are the another reason
  • Insulin resistance: Type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome

Symptoms

  • Upper right side abdominal pain
  • Fatigue
  • Loss of appetite
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Loss of weight
  • Yellowing the skin
  • Jaundice

Diagnosis

  • Blood Tests: Liver Function Test and Liver enzyme test
  • Ultrasound: this test is used to find any problem in liver
  • MRI And CT Scans: For more detailed imaging

Prevention

  • Maintain a daily healthy diet and regular exercise
  • Eat a balanced diet full of nutrients
  • No alcohol consumption
  • Do daily activity
  • Avoid junk and oily food
